The Path of Spiritual Renewal and Creative Expression: The Way of the Labyrinth
In the beautiful natural setting of Thomas the Apostle retreat center, Kay invites the participants to come for time apart, for reflection and renewal, as the new labyrinth there becomes a part of our walk and experience.
Saturday workshop "Walking the path of reflection and renewal"
For centuries the labyrinth has been a path for human experience, for joys and prayers, for walking and dancing, reaching beyond any one setting. As we learn more of its story, the labyrinth can become a place for our own personal and communal practice.
With introduction to the labyrinth as a part of our meditative practice, we look at what nourishes our soul, what language speaks to each in our spiritual life. Honoring the authentic voice of journey: where am I in the journey, how do we enter into conversation and walk with each other? What practices and creative acts ground us in the journey?
Using her music and creative energies, Kay will invite participants to share their own voice of expression in this day apart together. We conclude the day with a labyrinth walk.

The Veriditas facilitator training which follows this event provides in-depth training for the use of the labyrinth in today’s world. Persons wanting to develop deeper skills in labyrinth work are encouraged to register for and participate in the two day training event.

She has worked with the Iona Community in Iona Scotland, has served often with the Veriditas pilgrimages in Chartres France, and offers accompaniment for small groups in spiritual journeys.
