The Labyrinth is a place where mind/body and spirit integration can occur, but this process is different within each of us. How much are we "embodied"? How much does our mind run things; chattering away because it is afraid of silence? What nourishes your spirit? Inspires you and strengthens you along the path?

This workshop contains lecture and discussion, small group processes and walking the Eleven Circuit Medieval Labyrinth to move us toward integration. Each participant will be invited to focus through journaling on what longs to be explored and integrated into our life's path.
