The labyrinth has long served as a mirror of the inner journey. As we engage with its winding path, insights, memories, questions, and quiet recognitions often arise.
Visual journaling is the practice of bringing inner experience into outer form through image, color, words, and collage.
This workshop is a creative exploration of different labyrinth patterns, each one offering a distinct rhythm, presence, and way of listening inward.
You’ll engage these patterns directly, choosing a labyrinth that resonates and creating a journal page in response through layered image, color, words, and collage.
As the patterns shift, so may your experience—opening different pathways of perception, reflection, and quiet knowing. Each page becomes a postcard from the soul, shaped through your encounter with the path.
The workshop includes a guided handheld labyrinth meditation and opportunities for group sharing. A curated book of materials, designed especially for this experience, is included.
Shipping of materials can take up to 3 weeks, so early registration is encouraged to ensure they arrive in time. Participants are also invited to purchase their own blank journal (recommended size: A5 or half-letter); examples will be provided.
No artistic experience is required. The emphasis is on curiosity, reflection, and expressive exploration. Join us as we journey soulfully and creatively with the labyrinth.
