Walking the Seasons of the Pandemic

(A variation of the January workshop led by Lars and Maggie in Cantonese)

We have been living under a “shelter in place” order for more than one year. It’s time for us to reflect on our experience and change our focus from the ‘Year of Uncertainty’ to ‘Y.O.U.’. The one-day workshop is a variation of January workshop led by Lars and Maggie in Cantonese. The first part of the workshop is the reflection of the ‘Year of Uncertainty’ by walking an outdoor labyrinth when social distance and restrictions are observed. The second part of the workshop is the reflection of ‘Y.O.U.’ by using hand labyrinth finger meditation.
