The message we hear time and again is that our programs offer psycho-spiritual healing and the integration of mind, body and spirit. Veriditas addresses an underserved and little recognized need in our noisy, consumer and spiritually negating culture.
The Eleven-Circuit Medieval Labyrinth transforms the human spirit. At this time of increasing fear around our planet, our programs offer great solace in the face of spreading violence. The work of Veriditas helps each of us find guidance, a place to quiet our minds and a positive, peaceful, loving energy into our lives and into the global consciousness to counter the hate, violence and fear. It provides solace during painful times, peace during turbulent times and guidance when we are challenged in our lives.

Here's A New Way to Help Veriditas and Save on Taxes!
Congress is giving you a unique opportunity to support Veriditas while reducing your tax burden. Thanks to the Pension Protection Act passed last year and recently renewed through 2008, you can use your IRA to make charitable gifts before December 31st and avoid tax on your required minimum IRA distribution. You must be 70 ½ years old or older to qualify. These "rollover" gifts may not exceed $100,000 per person per year. It's a unique incentive to increase your gift to Veriditas.
To make a gift to Veriditas from your IRA:
1. Contact your tax or financial planning advisor and your IRA custodian immediately-many plans require 2-3 weeks to make distributions.
2. Tell your IRA custodian to make your gift to Veriditas, before December 31, 2007. The gift must be made directly to Veriditas.
3. Save taxes by making an IRA "rollover" gift instead of declaring your withdrawl as income on your 2007 income tax return. (It cannot, however, be claimed as a charitable deduction.)

Participate in the Veriditas Auction
We have developed an on-line auction that is becoming a significant way to support our work. I ask you to reflect on what you have to offer. My 'computer guy' donates two hours of his time; someone buys it and Veriditas benefits. (He may also wind up with a new customer.) People offer all sorts of things: a weekend in their vacation home in the country, skiing lessons... We want a broad range of things to auction. Allow yourself to be imaginative and creative.The auction is easy to do: Simply click below and follow the prompts to sign up your items. Our staff will check these in case there is any question or a logistical concern (shipping etc.) needs to be addressed.
