In these busy, demanding times it is easy to lose connection to how Spirit is working in our lives. We can feel spiritually dry, "off" our path and our lives become rudderless because we do not choose experiences that nourish our inner world and quicken the Spirit.

The Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress, a leading force in the Labyrinth Movement, leads an 'urban retreat'. Through lecture and discussion, small group sharing, networking over meals and walking the labyrinth, the weekend will provide deep reflection to make space for the divine mystery. Both Friday and Saturday, there will be an enchanting evening labyrinth walk and fellowship dinner.

On Friday, registration opens at 3:00 PM, the retreat begins at 3:30 and ends after dinner on Saturday around 9:00 PM. Included are dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings, and private retreat times for journaling, meditation and spiritual nourishment. Join us in the ancient practice of labyrinth walking.
