Lauren Artress is an MFT psychotherapist, Episcopal priest and Honorary Canon at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco and is known for her groundbreaking work with the labyrinth. Her books Walking a Sacred Path and The Sacred Path Companion and her workshops are known worldwide. She has dedicated her life work to activating and facilitating the transformation of the human spirit through the Labyrinth Experience. Lauren, a masterful speaker and teacher, has completed the BodySoul Intensive Leadership certification process, and has developed psycho-spiritual process with the Chartres-style eleven-circuit labyrinth that dovetails with the BodySoul Rhythm work.
