A retreat of renewal and reflection, a time in this beautiful Thomas the Apostle Center setting to reconnect with your heart song and to experience the labyrinth. Together we move into the natural rhythms of the day, using music and journaling, silence and space, shared reflections. With the sound of music to touch our spirit and the way of the labyrinth to offer a path of reflection, there is opportunity for the quiet of solitude, the sharing of community, and the gift of labyrinth walks. Kay brings her music leadership, the stories of the labyrinth, and the shaping of sacred space to these days.

Also serves as qualifying workshop for Veriditas Facilitator Training to follow.
