Walking the labyrinth orders chaos, both in the inner world as well as the outer.  It quiets the mind and once the mind is quiet, we have choices over how we direct our thoughts.  We can choose to reflect deeply.; we can focus on prayer; and we can look at the uncertainty we feel about our personal circumstances or the challenge of the times we live in.

Join the Reverend Dr. Lauren Artress to learn about the labyrinth and how to apply walking it to our lives. Experience the labyrinth in the majesty of Grace Cathedral on Friday and Saturday evenings to strengthen our commitments, deepen our reflective nature and gain perspective about where we are "on the Path."

Friday afternoon, we open with an introductory session followed by lite reception and the Candlelit Walk in Cathedral. We offer a small selection of continental breakfast foods on Saturday morning; you are on your own for lunch; and a wonderful catered dinner is served on Saturday that follows our private Harmony Walk in the Cathedral.
